What is tabata? Tabata training is a High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) workout that lasts four minutes.
About the App: Time tabatas with Andorid Wear by starting the app (either by clicking it or by saying "Okay Google, Start Tabata Watch") By default, it supports the 'standard' 8 intervals of 20 second work and 10 second rest. Uses notifications on the watch to display vital info and vibrates when time runs up.
